Last fall my husband and I purchased the wood burner from your company. I just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our purchase. We used it all last winter and we were toasty warm the whole time. I am not a cold weather person and I can honestly say I almost enjoyed the frigid temperatures last year because I was always warm and I didn't have to worry about paying high heating bills. The wood stove has already paid for itself with the combination of energy credits and the money we saved last season on propane. We are really looking forward to using it again this year.

Dear Ron,

We are writing to tell you how pleased we are with your Napoleon wood stove. Nothing compares to the warmth of the stove on a cold winter night or morning. From the very first time you visited our house to help us figure out what our options were, you have been helpful, honest, and determined to do the job correctly and safely. Your technicians did an excellent job installing the stove in November.  They were professional and friendly, and they showed us how to operate the stove after it was installed.  We used our stove constantly from the time it was installed until March, rarely letting the fire go out. The stove is very easy to use.  The glass gets a little dirty, but once the stove is cool, the glass cleans off with nothing more than a wet paper towel, no scrubbing required.  The hard part is cutting all the wood to burn!

Since we have only had the stove for one heating season, it is hard to put a dollar amount on our energy savings to be around $2,000 per year.  Factoring in the $1,300 tax credit we received this year for the stove, this thing should pay for itself in 2 years, which is pretty incredible.

We recommend your company and Napoleon stoves to anyone interested in reducing their heating expenses or adding a wood-burning heating source to their home.
